This course provides a detailed knowledge of the Risk Management process and demonstrates techniques used in identifying, assessing, planning for and managing risks.
You will learn the theoretical basis and essential terminology of project risk management and develop the knowledge and skills needed to pass the RMP exam.
Practical examples will illustrate the rationale behind the theory and you will engage in exercises, practicing how to use the various techniques, which you can then deploy in your workplace.

Note: The cost of the PMI-RMP® examination is not included in these course fees. To take the exam, participants should refer to the PMI’s website section on professional certifications to access the application forms and payment system. This will be explained during the course.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your booking 30 calendar days or more before the event, then you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your booking between 15 and 29 calendar days before the event, then 50% of your course fees will be refunded. If you cancel your booking within 14 calendar days of the event, then the course fees will not be refunded. If the organiser cancels the event due to trainer illness or events beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of your course fees; however, the organiser will not be liable for any other costs you have incurred.
